A few of our favourite recipes, sure to impress!
Native dirty martini
30ml Native Gin
30ml Lillet Blanc
10ml Sicilian olive brine
Chill glass, stir all ingredients in a mixing glass then pour into chilled prepared glass. Add 3 Sicilian olives for garnish.
Verdigris Gin & Tonic
30ml Verdigris Gin
Cucumber ribbon
Ice
Fever Tree refreshingly light tonic
Slice of fresh lemon
Chill glass. Build ice & cucumber ribbon in the glass. Add Verdigris Gin & top with tonic.
Verdigris White Lady
30ml Verdigris Gin
30ml fresh Lemon Juice
30ml triple sec or Cointreau
Egg white (optional).
Method: add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh cut lemon peel.
Hemp, Cucumber & Sage Cooler
30ml Hemp Gin
30ml Yellow Chartreuse
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Sugar Syrup
Ice
Method: Muddle fresh cucumber & sage in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with 30ml Hemp Gin. Fill shaker with remaining ingredients, then fill with ice. Shake well & double strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber ribbon & sprig of fresh sage.
